Brad Ingram currently works for the Department of Justice as the Law Enforcement Coordinator and the District Office Security Manager for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Mr. Ingram retired from the Lexington Police Department in January 2023 as a Commander after having served 30 years with the department. Prior to joining the police department in 1993 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserves in 1989 and served 6 years with a military police unit. During his career with Lexington Police, he worked in the Bureau of Patrol, Bureau of Investigations Robbery Homicide Unit, Special Victims Unit, Property Crimes Unit and the Public Integrity Unit. He served 9 years with the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force and served as the Commander of the Public Integrity Unit and the Lexington Police Training Academy.
He is a graduate of Bethel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, a 2018 graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA. and a 2019 graduate of Leadership Lexington.
Mr. Ingram serves on the Instructor Certification Committee.
