The Grants Management Division (GMD) administers funding from various state and federal grant programs to state and local criminal justice agencies and not-for-profit service providers throughout the state. Grant programs include the Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program, STOP Violence Against Women Grant Program, Victims of Crime Act Victim Assistance Grant Program, and others. Each grant program has its own objectives, allowable uses of funding, matching, and eligibility requirements. GMD also adheres to specific policy priorities as set forth by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Please see the Subdirectory of Grant Programs for specific information.
The GMD Resource Library provides a range of resources to help subrecipients manage grant funding including featured policies and procedures, reference guides, checklists, and websites.
