All grant application and subaward administration activities are performed within Intelligrants 10.0 (IGX), the Grants Management Division's electronic grants management system.
New IGX organization registrations may take up to 72 hours. To avoid application access delays, GMD encourages new applicants to create accounts early. New users must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) issued by the federal System for Award Management (SAM) to establish an organization in IGX.
