All Class D inmates are considered by file review. Class C inmates are considered by file review, unless serving on crimes defined by statute as sex offenses, violent offenses, or Manslaughter 2nd. All remaining cases are seen face to face via video conferencing.

All hearings begin at 8:30 Eastern Time and are conducted via video conference unless otherwise noted on the weekly schedule. The weekly business meeting begins at 9:00ET. Any schedule or video conferencing questions can be directed to our office at 502-564-3620.​​
